While that company may spend more upfront, in the big picture, they will make more money. That’s what they want, more money, then they have got to start spending a little in the beginning. A perfect comedy example comedy of that is my financial institution. I have had an account with them for 5 years and even though I am not in that state and there are not ATMs where I live comedy now for this institution, and even though most businesses around here won’t take my check because they say the bank is out of state, I will stay with them for one simple reason: Every single time I call them, I am connected to a person....a real, live person in under a minute. Not one time, in all the years I’ve been with them, have I waited over a minute.
