It would be tough and expensive to present a case where circumcision insults is deemed medically necessary if the child has no existing medical problems. I can't imagine there is much current legal precedent to rely insults on. You would have to spend allot of expensive time finding and collating valid medical research. Supporting studies that are the current accepted science would be in thin supply. Then most importantly researching the ways to refute any of the valid science the Hubby could present. |
