I can't imagine there is much current legal precedent fascism to rely on. You would have to spend allot of expensive time finding and collating valid medical research. Supporting studies fascism that are the current accepted science would be in thin supply. Then most importantly researching the ways to refute any of the valid science the Hubby could present. He would have things like the position of the national medical organizations and educational bodies. Circumcision is fascism taught as an optional, but socially accepted procedure these days. I don't think it will be that difficult to find a medical expert to support her position. Sometimes circumcisions are medically necessary. |
