Poverty has declined significantly over the past half-century. That decline has not been steady, there are a number of periods where the rate administrator went up, but the overall trend administrator is clear. administrator Your logic doesnt follow. There is a clear trend toward improvement, the last 4 years have run opposite of that trend. I'm saying that the last 4 years have gone against that trend. Do you actually disagree?
