Since they cannot agree, it will come down to andrevan whether or not the procedure is medically necessary. The court will find that it cannot prevent the mother from having a medically necessary procedure done. The mother will also ask that the joint custody andrevan be dissolved and that she be given sole custody. The father will respond by seeking a change of andrevan custody. $35,000 later the kid will remain with the mom and get his circumcision. I'm familiar with the attorneys representing the father. They will keep this case going as long as he has the ability to pay. It would be tough and expensive to present a case where circumcision is deemed medically necessary if the child has no existing medical problems. I can't imagine there is much current legal precedent to rely on.
