Eccles (Played by Spike Milligan) A lovable moron modeled on Walt Disney's Goofy and Edgar Bergen's Mortimer Snerd - The Quintessential Milligan. Bluebottle (Played by Peter Sellers, the guy in "The Pink Panther" movies - Not French) A tiny school boy whose fantastic imagination empowers him to heroic achievement. |
