And there is discussion a house I don’t want to miss out on because I think I had a dream about it (seriously), and it will probably sell this week before we can make an offer. The reason our house isn’t listed yet is because a very dear friend has just gotten his real estate license, and we wanted him to sell our house as his first listing (roll your eyes all you want—this is how recovering drunks help each other). |
