So, you don't like what's happening, but you refuse to do the things that ARE IN YOUR POWER to stop it. How about moving to sit 'n spin a different network? You could do that. That would stop them. I think it's just a part of being on EFNet to get these things in channels that aren't +s/i/k, just like any other client.
