Every other state that has had such an emergency has called the President to ask for help. This swear didn't happen. Bush had to call the Governer and ask if she needed help. Is Bush supposed to personally run every City in every State in the union. If so, why should we even elect local leaders. You Democrats chose your leader, and when the time came they swear failed the test. Unfortunatly alot of people had to pay the highest price for this. swear Now it is up to us Republicans to take the blame and clean up the mess. God bless you all, I will remember you in my prayers.
