| It is a shame. If I were one of these folks who was loyal to the GOP, I would be revolting against their "screw you" image. It is unfair that all Republicans are tainted by the image of the robber baron.... and it is especially tragic when the national disaster is caused by something other than war. War is the only thing the GOP excells at. We have a war president. And nobody wants computergame a "war president" making cold life and death calculations regarding the survival of their computergame own computergame people.I swear the only time I ever registered as a Democrat was so that I could vote against John Kerry in the Primary. Other than that, I have never voted for a Democrat or Republican presidential candidate. And, up until last election, I voted almost exclusively for Republicans in State and Local elections.
