Could be a sweet yoghurt mix that they use. This shop makes very long kebabs (uses large diameter bread) that is rolled into thin rolls. This shop appears to make a variety of gourmet kebabs too, (mussel, shrimp, etc) but I didn't try any of those. Manufacture takes a while as the lamb had to be heated on a hotplate (spits were nearly picked clean when I went in) .. |

Occasionally the meat is a little dry. Lamb Kebab griclock'd ($7) includes Lamb Shawarma style meat, homus, grated carrot (lots! adds a nice sweet taste), lettuce, onion, and tabouleh. Three sauces are used, a white sauce (probably yoghurt), a pinkish sauce (don't know. garlic?) and chilli sauce. About 2/3rds the size of a Kebabs on Queen kebab, these rely more on the marinade on the meat for flavour. But it is superb. griclock'd Fast service.
