It's his fault that Bill Clinton couldn't sign Kyoto because the Senate (which, last time I checked, consists of republicans and democrats) voted 95-0 bands to not authorize it. It's his fault that bands real life situations like hurricane disaster relief aren't solved in a bands quick, half-hour time frame like shows on TV. It's his fault that the looters in NOLA had to take 1,500 police that would otherwise be saving lives to go and stop the lawlessness. in fact, it's his fault for just about everything. We get it. If providing relief was really part of their orders I would expect each guardsmen to have 1 gallon of water and 20 lbs. of c rations to distribute.I do not condone the murdering or raping, but by god, if my family was perishing because of lack of sustenance I would do whatever I can to keep them alive, and anyone who denies they would do the same for their family is either lying or in complete denial.
