Probabaly they use computers to create synthesized voices and therfore they just utter meaningless words as no computers are fast enough insulting to match the thinking power of human brain. I have a suspicion that innocent people are being used as pig for experimentation. They probably want to learn how a man thinks (what is better than to be able to read mind) and how he can be controlled. I know the symptoms are of schizoprenia but I have a feeling that this illness is just a myth and a cover for carrying our this experimentation.
