Where was the governor and mayor for several days? I watched all this on TV for two weeks and there were two days toward the end of the first week that you did not see the governor and the mayor a little longer than that. Later I heard he had been in Dallas for 5 of the 12 days. Why were the busses not used that sat in the water and ruined?
