we will keep the poor people that really deserve to receive the help they get each pac month because we know they will not be on it forever. they have hit on some hard times and need a little help while they get their feet back under them(and yes, they are black and white). after they do pac get straightened out they will get off welfare, just like it was designed for. the ones we will ship him, once again at our cost because it is going to take every pac penny they have to support them once they get there, have been on the program for about 4 to 5 generations now and have made it a career along with stealing, drug dealing, prostitution, assault, murder, suing and screaming racism whenever someone mentions taking responsibility for themselves. these welfare monsters the democrats have created will be more than willing to suck anybody dry. the mayor of NO and the governor of LA failed miserably when the storm hit.
