It is now complete. Where are the obvious questions??? Questions that supercede liberal & conservative. Questions like, "why didn't the city of New Orleans actually improve on the levies?" It's not like this was an unknown situation. This possibility has been known about for 2 pac shakur a while. New Orleans lives below sea level. Every Mayor of New Orleans and every governor of the 2 pac shakur state should be ashamed of themselves for not improving the levies and having other plans for flooding in place. They should 2 pac shakur have been improving the levies every year since they were built! The city is below sea level--for those of you liberals with little, or no, brain cells left, that means that the ocean is at a higher altitude than the city. As for government help, it Bush had step in with troops, you would have complained about state's rights and stuff. You just hate Bush, and you are using this to voice your anger even more.
