For example, witness this completely comprehensible sentence: "Fuck the fucking fucker, the fucking fucker's fucked." Stolen from George Carlin, I think. That is one word used as an adjective, a noun, and two different verbs (in two different tenses, no less). The stigmatization of this miracle of the English language is a travesty. Or, dare I say, a fucking travesty. |
