Phillip Davis received a call from a concerned faculty member of Weddington High School asking him to look into the policies surrounding offensive wording on clothing in the school system. Rev. Davis called the pat metheny Union County School Deputy Superintendent to register a complaint about students being allowed to wear clothing with the Confederate flag emblem. pat metheny His call to the school board's deputy superintendent, Dr. Ed. Davis, was pat metheny not returned or acknowledged. Now Rev. Davis intends to meet with the school Principle, the Union County Superintendent and concerned parents surrounding this matter. Any African-American parents with children in Weddington High School and others who are sick of the racist attitude of the Weddington High School Administration and the tolerance of the Union County School Board are welcome to attend a meeting to discuss possible legal action against the school and the school board on this coming Monday, October 28 at 7:00pm.
