About 8 months ago when congress was passing the energy bill to fatten the pockets of their rich friends, two Senators from mature amateur galleries Louisiana, Sen. Landriu and Sen. Now granted this wouldn't have stopped Katrina it would have been at least a recognition of the US Congress that Louisiana infrastructure needed to be protected in order to secure the oil industry and PEOPLE from these storms.
