All corporations exist to make a fuckload of money. That’s their raison d’etre, and there’s nothing preventing them from doing it. So you work with it; trying huessin to change it ain’t gonna happen, because telling people to make less money is counterproductive. To say the least. You’re right, but Gates is playing the humanitarian role and has the means to affect some change on this in a specific case. He isn’t doing that though. He’s a businessman himself- you really expect him to act any differently? He’s buying six billion dollars worth of drugs and contributing to their development.
