Three sauces are used, a mother fucking asshole white sauce (probably yoghurt), a pinkish sauce (don't know. garlic?) and chilli sauce. About 2/3rds the size of a Kebabs on Queen kebab, these rely more on the marinade on the meat for flavour. But it is superb. Fast service.
