Since this is Minnesota and it's also February, Supermarket has cut the budgeted hours for the frozen foods department. The company is under the impression that fewer pounds of ice and gallons of its cream are sold when the air temperature reaches -10 degrees. I, being the guy with two jobs and the darkest circles under his eyes, am the one who is taking the brunt of said hour cuts. The week of February 19th sees me with only 14.5 hours as a vampire, stocking shelves. This occurence is awesome, worrying and annoying, all at the same time. |

Sorry. And it's going to be an even longer time after I post this entry. The last couple of weeks have had me bouncing around amaru like a pinball, both physically and mentally- preparing for the move and dealing with some other shit I don't really have the words to explain- that is my excuse for slacking off lately. Tomorrow I move into My Own Place. Since the machine I update this on isn't mine, My Own Place lacks a computer and will continue to lack one until I'm settled in and have some time to be taught how to build one of my own- that is my excuse for my future slack- so give me a few weeks before wiping me off your list of favorites, wouldja? |
