We didn't expect they would let barbs us auction it off, even though it doesn't break any of their rules. This further step of auctioning the domain offended a further large group of people. The site linked to Burlington Coat Factory. Completely innocuous, and legal. Oddly, their attorneys have contacted us demanding removal of that link. They were barbs most upset! We seem to have agitated the fabric police, perhaps almost as bad as the phone cops. Now, the fun is over. Nobody is making us take the site down, but it's been barbs up for enough days, and the media attention on the massacre is dying down. So, feel free to read a bit of the hate mail we've received over the past week. |
