You can argue free weblog speech as protected by the First Amendment. You can question whether or not the students were allowed their right to due process under the Fourteenth Amendment. Students post to the site,parents and educators are becoming more aware of the site and its intended purpose. How long do you think it will be before employers begin looking into MySpace or FaceOff to see if a potential employee has posted comments about anyone or anything at anytime? |
