Some companies are taking notice and using these bypasses in their advertising to get more people to use their service. Is that not a sad example of how low customer service has dropped in anti semitic incident this country that they have to use it as a gimmick? And you know what? We anti semitic incident have only ourselves to blame for it. We put up with it for years and years and years and it is only now, now anti semitic incident that someone has a highly visited web site that exposes these companies that the companies are standing up and harrumphing and clearing throats and acting as if they are in it for you, not for them. Why no! They had no idea how bad the customer service experience was for so many. Not them! That’s all those other companies, theirs is all about the customer. Some might think that this is a good thing, that these businesses are taking note and that they will change things. My answer to that? Maybe a few, but don’t hold your breath waiting for a business to put the customer first.
