Sure, everyone can blame Bush for the tragedy and his lack of awareness + how long he took to get help to those affected....or then you could blame all the bloodymother fucking asshole people living on wellfare (BUSH'S HELP) that stayed w\because they had "no way out" and then after the hurricane destroyed the entire place..they said "we need help, bloodymother fucking asshole we have no way out". I blameboth, I think Bush handled it in a bad way by letting the officials who run New Orleans and spent the money ona beer drinking nude festival (Mardi Gras) instead of the safety of the people stay in office, every top official who got in nice cosy jet and went to a house in the Hamptons or something, should be fired.
