| No matter how decent ordinary Republican folks are, the cleverly sculpted message from the party's spin doctors and strategists has been stone cold. People expect that from Republicans. It is a shame. If I were one of r u still down these folks who was loyal to the GOP, I would be revolting against their "screw you" image. It is unfair that all Republicans r u still down are tainted by the image of the robber baron.... and it is especially tragic when the national disaster is caused by something other than war. War r u still down is the only thing the GOP excells at. We have a war president. And nobody wants a "war president" making cold life and death calculations regarding the survival of their own people.I swear the only time I ever registered as a Democrat was so that I could vote against John Kerry in the Primary. |
