Sponsors: TagWorld, Inc. ("TagWorld"),825 Wilshire Blvd., #229, Santa Monica, CA 90401 and New Line Productions, Inc. ("New Line"). TagWorld and music cd production New Line collectively are referred to herein as "Sponsor." Eligibility: Any musician or band meeting the eligibility requirements can enter the Contest. To be music cd production eligible to enter the Contest, a contestant must be: (a) a legal U.S. resident at least eighteen (18) years of age and residing in the U.S. at the music cd production time of entry; (b) a registered artist on TagWorld's Web site (http://www.TagWorld.com) and in compliance with TagWorld's Terms of Service agreement located at a href="http://www.tagworld.com/-/Signup/termsofservice.htm" target="_blank">http://www.tagworld.com/-/Signup/termsofservice.htm; (c) able to grant Sponsor all rights (including master, synch, and other rights) necessary for Sponsor, if Sponsor so chooses, in its sole discretion, to use the submitted recording of the winner's musical performance ("Music Track") in or in connection with New Line's "Snakes on a Plane" motion picture (the "Picture") , the soundtrack album for the Picture, and any other ancillary or related materials as determined by New Line and TagWorld, without violating any contractual arrangements by which the contestant (or, if a band, any member thereof) is bound; and (d) in possession of all intellectual property and other rights necessary to grant the above-mentioned rights to Sponsor without having
