How many times does it have to be repeated that this isn’t a matter of students expressing themselves, or where they express themselves, or if they express themselves in new places in new ways. Sure, that kind of speech is protected. Sexual harassment is lyric not. End of discussion. You cannot sexually harass lyric your teacher to his/her face, in his/her classroom, in your dorm room in 1985 or 2006, on the web, in a bathroom stall. Harassment and hate speech are harassment and hate lyric speech in any media.
